With her sisters\, Stephanie have coordinated educational programs in more than 10 countries and have given speaking engagements in leadership and innovation to more than 500\,000 individuals.\n\n\n\nShe is the co-founder of The Biz Nation\, an education company centered on preparing individuals with the skills needed to succeed in the 21 century. They do it through online and offline training focused on entrepreneurship\, tech skills and financial education. \n\n\n\nToday\, the sisters have been nominated to different international awards such as the White House Champions of Change and were also declared Historical and Cultural Heritage of their home country\, Colombia. Their company\, The Biz Nation\, was selected by the World Economic Forum as one of the 50 startups reshaping the future of Latin America. The Colombian sisters have become a source of inspiration for many.
