The Gartzman Law Firm, P.C., is located in Atlanta. It was founded in 1988 to help people throughout metro Atlanta, Georgia, and nationally resolve IRS and state tax problems and find tax relief.

Jeffrey S. Gartzman

Jeffrey S. Gartzman is an accomplished Atlanta tax attorney and CPA who has been practicing tax law for over 35 years.

He has received an “AV” rating – the highest possible rating – from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and is an active member in Atlanta and Georgia professional associations for tax lawyers and CPAs.

Mr. Gartzman graduated from Emory University School of Law with a law degree in 1982 and an advanced tax law degree in 1988. He graduated from Bucknell University with an accounting degree in 1979.

Before opening his firm in 1988, Mr. Gartzman worked with an Atlanta law firm, Stokes, Shapiro, Fussell, and Wedge. Prior to that, he was with Touche Ross and Co., predecessor to Deloitte, LLP.
