  • It’s with incredible pride and appreciation that we share that this year the LACC Georgia is celebrating 25 years of serving the Latino Business Community.

Founded in 1998 as the Mexican American Business Chamber, the Latin American Chamber of Commerce of Georgia (LACC) was born from the initiative of a group of Latino business owners who saw the need for an organization that truly represented the interest and supported the growth and development of Latino businesses in the state.

Today, the LACC is one of the largest Latino organizations in the state and a leading voice of Latino businesses in Georgia, representing small and medium size Latino owned business across all industries.

In these 25 years, we have seen Georgia’s Latino population grow exponentially, made richer by the diverse representation from individuals across Latin America who bring with them the entrepreneurial spirit that is encouraged to shine brightly in our state. Throughout this time, the Latino population in Georgia has over to $26 billion in buying power and represents over 11% of the population of the state; over 1.1 million Georgians are Latinos. At the same time, the Southeast has become the region with the fastest-growing Latino population in the country.

For the last 25 years, our focus has always been to serve our members and the Latino Business Community, we are fortunate to have a group of strong community and corporate partners collaborate with us and support our mission.

The LACC remains committed to serve the Latino Business Community in the state and to bring new businesses opportunities, tools and resources to Latino and Latina businesses owners and entrepreneurs across Georgia.
